Appellants, Jeanine Wiggins, Diana Dickey, Allison Dickey-Bartholomew, and all other descendants, per stirpes of Carrie F. Schlegel (the descendants), appeal from an opinion and order of the Jefferson Circuit Court which granted summary judgment in favor of PNC Bank, Kentucky, Inc., as Trustee (PNC).
