This case is before this Court on remand from our Supreme Court for consideration as on leave granted. Professional Rehabilitation Ass'n v. State Farm Mut. Automobile Ins. Co., 452 Mich. 857, 550 N.W.2d 794 (1996). Plaintiff appeals an order issued by the circuit court that affirmed a district court order granting summary disposition to defendant. We reverse.
