GRANT, Justice.

Chad Justin Weldon appeals from the trial court's decision in favor of Rhonda Sue Weldon in an April 1997 modification of a divorce decree. Specifically, Chad appeals from the trial court's denial of his request that the divorce decree be modified to allow him to surrender the couple's child at the child's school when school resumes following weekend visitations.
