Parker was convicted by jury verdict of murder in the second degree and armed criminal action for his part in driving the automobile from which shots were fired that caused the death of eleven month old Gregory Bolton, Jr. The shooting spree was aimed at a group standing in a front yard at 6120 Walrond in Kansas City.
