Jacobs pleaded no contest to one count of third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, AS 11.71.030(a)(1) (possession of cocaine with intent to deliver), and two counts of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, AS 11.71.040(a)(2) and AS 11.71.040(a)(3)(A) (possession of one ounce or more of marijuana with intent to deliver, and possession of cocaine...
