PREWITT, Judge.

Plaintiffs sought money damages due to timber being removed from land they agreed to purchase from Defendant. The jury returned a verdict in favor of Plaintiffs and against Defendant, awarding Plaintiffs $11,000 in damages. Judgment was entered accordingly. Defendant appeals.
