Roger W. Leverton instituted this civil action in the Circuit Court for the City of Richmond seeking damages under Virginia law for wrongful discharge from employment. Asserting diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332, the defendant, AlliedSignal, Inc. ("AlliedSignal"), filed a notice of removal to this Court.
