The defendant, the Sabine River Authority (the Authority), appeals the trial court's award of $100,800.00 in general and special damages to the plaintiff, Sarah Derrick Crump (Crump). Crump sustained these damages because of the unauthorized construction of a canal, by a third party, on the Authority's property, which is adjacent to Crump's property. Crump answered the appeal, asserting that the trial court erred in not granting her injunctive relief...
