This appeal concerns a petition for disinterment brought by the State of Florida to search for evidence supporting its theory that Dr. William Sybers murdered his wife, Kay Sybers, by injecting potassium into her veins. Adamantly opposing disinterment is Kay's family, insistent that their loved one—having already been once autopsied—should now be permitted to rest in peace.
