These consolidated appeals arise from a medical malpractice action brought by plaintiffs Lester and Faye Hezeau against Dr. Alain Cracco as a result of surgery performed on Mr. Hezeau on July 27, 1987. Following a bench trial, the court found that Dr. Cracco did not commit malpractice in the treatment or diagnosis of the post operative wound, but found that plaintiff was not adequately informed of the risks involved in the operation.
