This slip-and-fall case is brought by plaintiff, Marylu Nickols, as Conservatrix for Ernest Nickols, Jr., against the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC"), as receiver for First Constitution Bank, alleging negligence in the maintenance of the property where Mr. Nickols fell. Because the claim is against the FDIC, plaintiff was required to exhaust administrative remedies before bringing this action...
