This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the Pike Circuit Court in a slip and fall case. Appellant Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. contends that the trial court erred (1) by failing to grant it a directed verdict, (2) by failing to submit a certain tendered instruction to the jury, (3) by failing to grant its motion for a new trial or judgement n.o.v., and (4) by failing to set aside the jury's verdict as excessive.
