LARSON, Justice.

Mary Schultz sued the Security National Bank and Kenneth Opstein, her deceased husband's former employer. She alleged that the bank and Opstein conspired to convert a vehicle owned by her, and she demanded both compensatory and punitive damages. The court dismissed her entire suit against Opstein and her conspiracy claim against the bank. It also struck her claim for punitive damages.
