Defendant, Tommie Franklin, appeals from the judgment entered on his convictions of murder in the second degree and armed criminal action, following a jury trial, and the motion court's denial of his Rule 29.15 motion without an evidentiary hearing. The trial judge orally sentenced Defendant to twenty-five years of imprisonment for murder in the second degree and five years of imprisonment for armed criminal action, with the sentences to run concurrently...
