This is an interlocutory appeal from the Superior Court in a medical malpractice action. The Appellees/Plaintiffs-below, the wife, son and the Estate of Samuel Fattori, deceased (the "Fattoris"), asserted claims against various hospital and physician defendants (collectively, the "Defendants") arising out of the death of Samuel Fattori in 1993.
