DARDEN, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Melinda Miller appeals her conviction by jury of murder. We affirm.

ISSUES

1. Whether the trial court committed reversible error by denying Miller's motion for a mistrial. 2. Whether the trial court erred in refusing to give Miller's tendered instructions on involuntary manslaughter and reckless homicide.
