SCHOTT, Chief Judge.

This appeal is by plaintiff from a summary judgment in favor of Convention Security Services, Inc. (CSS) dismissing plaintiff's suit. The issue is whether there are genuine issues of material fact which preclude summary judgment. We affirm.
