This case arises out of a trip and fall accident on February 5, 1992. Ricky Wyatt fell over some dirty uniforms on the floor of the locker room while on his job at Ampacet Corporation. Ray Sonnier, an employee of Red Stick Services, Inc. and Cintas Sales Corporation of Louisiana, Inc., who was there to pick up the dirty clothes, had put the uniforms on the floor of the locker room.
