STATEMENT OF THE CASE

In this tort action brought by Lucile Mutka, Greater Hammond Community Service, Inc. ("GHCS") appeals from a final judgment of $700,000 entered in favor of Mutka wherein the parties stipulated that Greater Hammond Community Service could seek review of the trial court's determination that it was not a governmental entity entitled to protection under the Indiana Tort Claims Act.
