¶ 1 In June 1995, Sutey Oil Company, Inc., filed a petition for a writ of certiorari in the District Court for the Third Judicial District in Anaconda-Deer Lodge County, asking that the court review the Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Planning Board's and the Anaconda Deer Lodge County Board of Adjustment's denial of Sutey Oil's application for a special use permit.
