This is an appeal from a summary judgment in a declaratory action brought by an insurer, Atlantic Lloyd's Insurance Company of Texas (Atlantic), to determine coverage under a general liability insurance policy issued to the law firm of Susman Godfrey, L.L.P., including two of its attorneys, Jeffrey W.
