HARVEY A. HOLTAN, Judge.*

Oja Campbell, Jr. challenges the district court's refusal to suppress evidence obtained during a search of his home. The district court concluded that law enforcement officers properly searched for and seized contraband observed first in plain view and later moved. Because the district court did not err, we affirm.
