Daniel LaBlance appeals the motion court's denial, after an evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief. He alleges that his guilty plea was not entered knowingly and voluntarily because he was misled by counsel into believing that he would be sentenced to no more than ten years if he pleaded guilty to his second degree murder charge, whereas he was sentenced to fifteen years on that charge.
