The district court granted plaintiff Bertha Tom summary judgment on her claim that defendant First American Credit Union improperly seized the funds in her bank account, and the Credit Union appeals that decision. We affirm the district court's decision with respect to Mrs. Tom's claims that the Credit Union violated the Social Security and Civil Service Retirement Acts when it seized the contents of her account.
