Bland Wilson appeals from a judgment dismissing, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure, his individual and class claims of fraudulent misrepresentation and fraudulent concealment against First Union National Bank of Georgia, First Union National Bank, and First Card Products (hereinafter collectively referred to as "First Union").
