Our prior opinion and judgment of January 29, 1998 is withdrawn. A jury in Tarrant County convicted Jonathan E. Mayo of aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child. The jury sentenced Mayo to life imprisonment for the sexual assault and twenty years' confinement for indecency with a child. The jury included a person disqualified...
