From a guilty plea pursuant to a plea bargain, appellant Ronnie Joe Glenn was convicted of possession of less than twenty-eight grams of methamphetamine. Upon finding the indictment's single enhancement averment true, the court, honoring the plea agreement, assessed appellant's punishment at fifteen years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
