This is an appeal from a final summary judgment denying the appellants' claim for uninsured motorist benefits. We affirm.

Appellant and her husband, Enrique, were passengers in a private van owned and driven by Francisco Valdes on February 13, 1995, when it was involved in an automobile accident with an uninsured motorist.
