{1} The Child appeals his second adjudication as a delinquent child and his commitment to the custody of the Children, Youth, and Families Department (CYFD) for an indeterminate period not to exceed two years. The disposition was effective from the date of its entry on February 10, 1998, for an indeterminate period of two years. The judgment also provides that the Child was to be immediately transported to the New Mexico Boys' School...
