Danny Flores was convicted of conspiracy to distribute, and possession with intent to distribute, methamphetamine. The district court enhanced his sentence for being a manager or supervisor of a criminal activity and for possessing a firearm during the course of a crime. Flores appeals the district court's refusal to dismiss his conspiracy charge, the district court's evidentiary rulings, and the district court's enhancement of his sentence. We...
