Timothy D. Stroot (Stroot) brought a negligence action against Taco Bell Corporation (Taco Bell) because of serious injuries he incurred from the actions of a third person on Taco Bell premises. Stroot appeals from the trial court's judgment granting Taco Bell's second motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
