WILLIAMS, Judge.

Plaintiff, John D. Reid, filed a petition in the First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo, alleging damages resulting from an adverse decision by the defendant, the Commission on Ethics for Public Employees1 ("Commission"). The trial court found that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction to adjudicate plaintiff's claim. For the following reasons, we affirm.
