Defendant, Willie Carter, appeals his conviction for armed robbery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64, and his sentence as a multiple offender. On appeal, he makes the following assignments of error:

1) The trial court erred in denying the appellant's Motion to Suppress the Identification arising from the physical lineup conducted on November 2, 1994; 2) The jury erred in finding the appellant guilty of armed robbery in violation of LSA...
