Zamir and Jane Tarmu (the Tarmus) hired Rowland Plastering for a home improvement project. Henry Products Incorporated provided Rowland with some of the materials used in the project. Rowland subsequently filed for bankruptcy without paying Henry Products for the materials supplied.
