The appellant, Antonio Britt, was convicted of first-degree murder, two counts of aggravated robbery (merged with the murder convictions), two counts of kidnapping, and attempted first-degree murder. Britt was sentenced to a total of life imprisonment in addition to 110 years' imprisonment to be served consecutively. On appeal, Britt raises numerous issues.
