Defendant, Jerry Schwehm, was charged by grand jury indictment with two counts of malfeasance in office, one count of unauthorized use of movables, and one count of theft of money in excess of $500.00, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:134, 14:68 and 14:67, respectively.
