BRORBY, Circuit Judge.

Defendant, Ms. Willette T. Whiteskunk, pleaded guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1153 and 1112(a) and was sentenced to twenty-four months imprisonment. The district court departed upward three levels from the standard Guideline range for involuntary manslaughter to arrive at the final sentence. Ms. Whiteskunk now appeals the trial court's decision for upward departure. We exercise jurisdiction...
