This is a devolutive appeal from the granting of a Motion for Summary Judgment in a slip and fall case. The plaintiff, Mr. Walter Banks (Mr. Banks) slipped and fell on the steps of the defendant, Ms. Carolyn Allen (Ms. Allen) as a result of a rug on the steps.
