[¶ 1.] This action arises out of a landlord/tenant dispute. Alvin and Elva Reuer filed a forced entry and detainer suit against Thunderstik Lodge Inc., (Thunderstik). Thunderstik also filed a separate suit against Alvin and Elva Reuer. Pursuant to the lease agreement, the Fourth Judicial Circuit, Brule County, compelled arbitration.
