SNEED, Circuit Judge:

Paul and Heidi Baker, whose son died when the car in which he was a passenger hit a tree, appeal the district court's summary judgment in favor of Liberty Mutual Insurance, which had issued an insurance policy on the car. The car was driven and the accident caused by 15-year-old Yasha Lowe, a friend of the daughter of John Medeiros, who rented the car from Shasta Ford-Mercury.
