On March 5, 1996, the Department of Human Resources ("DHR") suspended her license to operate a group daycare home, pending an investigation of reports that she had sexually abused three children, had emotionally abused one child, and had violated the DHR minimum standards with respect to corporal punishment and parental accessibility to her daycare center.
