The dispositive issue in this appeal from a breach of contract action is whether the First Circuit Court (circuit court) properly granted partial summary judgment orders, determining, as a matter of law, that (1) a contract existed between Plaintiff-Appellee Leonard I. Mednick (Mednick) and Defendant-Appellant Allen N. Davey (Davey) for the sale and purchase of Mednick's business and the use of Mednick's logo, and (2) Davey breached said contract...
