RICKHOFF, Justice.

Omar Garza sued Exxon Corporation for injuries he sustained on one of its gas leases. In accordance with the jury's verdict, the trial court signed a judgment awarding Garza $494,385. Because we conclude that the evidence is legally insufficient to establish that Exxon had actual or constructive knowledge of an unreasonably dangerous condition on the lease, we reverse the trial court...
