Manley appeals the summary denial of his motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. He was convicted of second degree murder, aggravated battery and battery in 1995. He was sentenced to fifteen years for the second degree murder, fifteen years probation for the aggravated battery and time served for the battery. We affirmed the conviction and sentences.
