Defendant Herschell Sherwood ("defendant") was convicted, after a jury trial, of Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, a class B felony. He was sentenced to sixty years for murder and twenty years for conspiracy, the sentences to be served consecutively. Defendant now challenges his convictions and his sentence.
