Kimberly A. Zak appeals from the judgment entered against her after the trial court denied her petition to vacate an arbitration award entered in favor of appellee, Prudential Property & Casualty Insurance Company, and granted appellee's petition to confirm the award. We agree with appellant's contention that a clause in the relevant insurance policy is void. That clause grants the insurer the right to a trial when any type of substantial arbitration...
