Defendant, Ronald Coleman, was indicted for possession with intent to deliver a substance containing cocaine, possession with intent to deliver 15 grams or more, but less than 100 grams, of a substance containing heroin, and possession with intent to deliver a substance containing marijuana. Following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of possession with intent to deliver 15 grams or more, but less than 100 grams...
