Lenard M. Hughes appeals an order denying unemployment benefits. We reverse.

The Unemployment Appeals Commission denied unemployment benefits to Dr. Lenard Hughes, a licensed physician with sixteen years experience, on the theory that the claimant was a medical "intern." The unemployment law excludes from coverage "service performed as an intern in the employ of a hospital by an individual who has completed a 4-year course in a medical school...
