Timothy A. Cobb (appellant), sometimes known as Timothy Allen Cobb, appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake (trial court) that approved a jury verdict convicting him for breaking and entering into a business place in the daytime with intent to commit larceny, in violation of Code § 18.2-91. The sole issue presented is whether the evidence is sufficient to support appellant's conviction.
