Kenneth Chang pled guilty on November 21, 1996 to one count of conspiracy to possess counterfeit currency in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 and one count of manufacturing counterfeit currency in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 471. At the March 27, 1997 sentencing hearing, the district court sentenced Chang to 41 months' incarceration, a three-year term of supervised release, and a $200 assessment.
